You should pick and match the attachments based on the gun’s strengths, so the perfect loadout would be one that can enhance the damage ratio of the M16 rather than lean on speed and endurance. Below are the best attachments you can use for the M16.

  • Receiver: M16
  • Optic: Hybrid Firepoint/ SZ Reflex / Cronen Mini Red Dot
  • Stock: Corio Precio Factory/ Demo Fade Pro Stock/ Ordnance Ravage-8
  • Rear Grip: Sakin ZX Grip/ XTEN Grip
  • Laser: None
  • Barrel: 14″ Carbine Shroud Barrel
  • Muzzle: Forge-Tac Castle Comp
  • Underbarrel: Lockgrip Precision-40/ VX Pineapple Vert Grip
  • Ammunition: 5.56 Armor Piercing
  • Magazine:45-Round Mag

Now let’s look at the best perks, upgrades, and secondary weapons that will compliment the M16

  • Base Perk 1: Overkill/ E.O.D/ Double Time
  • Base Perk 2: Battle Hardened / Scavenger
  • Bonus Perk: Fast Hands / Quick Fix/ Spotter
  • Ultimate Perk: High Alert / Hardline/ Ghost
  • Secondary: FSS Hurricane / Expedite 12/ X13 Auto
  • Lethal: Semtex
  • Tactical: Shock Stick/ Stun Grenades/ Flash Grenade
  • Field Upgrade: Portable Radar/ Trophy System

For recoil control, the Forge-Tac Castle Comp paired with either of the rear grips will give you a steady gun at your disposal, while the VX Pineapple Vert Grip or Lock Grip Precision-40 under barrel will both help you with gun-recoil control and hip-fire accuracy. As for the scope, all three scopes will give you different advantages.

For long-range, the SZ Reflex can help you out, as it has corner mounts for extra stability. If you are looking for mid-range, then you can’t go wrong with the Cronen Mini Red Dot, as it is great for scoping on the move. The Hybrid Firepoint is a mix, giving you a plus at mid and long-range by helping you swap between zoom scopes and holo sight. As for the stock, either of the three will help you with stability and recoil control while aiming, but while the Corio Precio Factory is great for players who like a more stable approach, the  Demo Fade Pro Stock and the Ordnance Ravage-8 are better suited for mobility.

When it comes to the perks, E.O.D can give you resistance to non-explosives, while Double Time can help you sprint faster. Overkill can help you carry a second primary weapon, which can be great if you are looking to equip a gun with a faster firing rate at close range. Or you can substitute that by carrying a secondary weapon like the FSS Hurricane, Expedite 12, or the X13 Auto to help you with the same. If you are looking for mid-range instead, you can equip the M4 Assault Rifle or the KASTOV-74u.

You can also use Battle Hardened to swap out E.O.D if you are attacked more with tactical weapons, as Battle Hardened will help minimize its effects of it. While you have alternatives for damage mitigation, having Scavenger will ensure that your ammo pile is always on stock, and Fast Hands will help you with reload speed, so the two go hand in hand. Quick Fix can also be used for health regeneration, or switch it to Spotter to know your enemy’s whereabouts. Spotter can also be removed to equip the ultimate perk High Alert, which helps alert you when you are spotted by enemies. You can also use Hardline for Killstreak objectives, and Ghost to avoid detection. Using Semtex can help with multiple kills, while any of the tactical weapons are great for stuns and shock.
