Kaveh is a four-star Dendro character who wields a claymore in the popular RPG game Genshin Impact. He was introduced in Version 3.6 as a DPS character who specializes in creating and detonating Dendro cores with his elemental skill and burst. He also has self-healing abilities and high elemental mastery to boost his damage output.

Kaveh is a renowned architect from Sumeru who designed the Palace of Alcazarzaray, but he fell into debt and had to live with his former mentor Alhaitham, who he has a complex relationship with. In this article, we’re going to take a look at his best artifact options.

Kaveh’s Best Artifacts in Genshin Impact Version 3.6

Kaveh can be played in three ways. He can be used as an on-field Dendro main DPS in Bloom comps and he can also be used in the same team as the primary Dendro driver and tank. He can also be used as a Spread DPS though in this role a majority of his kit loses its potential.

His stat priority will be ER followed by EM and then the rest (ATK%, CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG) hold equal priority. Below we’re going to list the best artifact sets to use for each of his playstyles and even recommend some other alternatives for those who don’t have the following ones.

  • Flower of Paradise Lost: This set is dedicated for Bloom teams and will be the best-in-slot to get the most out of Kaveh’s potential. The set increases EM by 80 and massively buffs the reaction damage of all Bloom-based reactions. Unfortunately, it’s not in a resin-efficient domain so unless you want to maximise on Kaveh’s damage, we recommend against farming this set.
  • Deepwood Memories: This is generally the best-in-slot most all-rounded set for Kaveh as it not only aids him in Bloom comp but also allows him to be the only Dendro unit in such teams- thus opening up slots for more powerful teammates.
  • Gilded Dreams: This set is similar to the Flower of Paradise Lost but it’s a more general set that buffs all reaction damage in general by providing massive EM bonuses. If you’re struggling with maintaining a balance between your ER and EM then this is the set to go for.

If you’re not using Deepwood on Kaveh then some other unit definitely needs it to shred Dendro RES without which these teams will suffer a massive DPS-loss. Some other alternatives you can consider for Kaveh are the Instructor’s set for the EM and team-wide buffs and the Emblem of Severed Fate set for resolving his ER issues.
