How to Get All Swords

In Beast of Reincarnation, there are a total 21 swords you can obtain throughout the gameplay. Here’s a simple breakdown on how you can get all of them:

Purifier Blade 

The game starts with Emma using the Purifier Blade. The weapon’s Purifier Soul effect diminishes the stagger received by Emma after being hit. At the same time, it also improves the weapon over time allowing it to help Emma recover from status effects while simultaneously increasing Emma’s protection against stagger resistance.

Thunderwave Sword Location

This weapon can be obtained just before the end of Chapter 2, once you have defeated the Elite Enemy during the rescue of Mikoto. This part of the game is relevant for the storyline, meaning that this weapon cannot be missed.

The Tempest skill on the sword allows the user to inflict lightning damage on all surrounding opponents and also add it to their Lightning status.

Mechblade (Standard) Location

The acquisition of this particular weapon is quite effortless, as it is achieved automatically in the first part of the adventure. The weapon, known as Mech Slash: Medium, grants Emma a temporary increase in the strength of her third attack, and later upgrades further increase that bonus while adding improved critical chance.

Fall Thunder Location

While traversing through the Drowned Region’s Giant Tree Zone, you will likely discover this weapon lying near the Giant Tree: Bulkhead Entrance campsite.

The Lightning Edge skill allows the wielder of the weapon to unleash Lightning-infused strikes.

Black Blossom Location

Once you’ve beaten Crimson Malefact in the Inukami River area, head back to the Cleanse Walker to obtain Black Blossom as a reward. This weapon’s Poison Storm effect causes poisonous lightning to strike down enemies in the vicinity whenever you attack, allowing you to charge Poison and Lightning in a single hit.

Cirrus Sword Location

Before getting into Rangifer’s lair in Chapter 1, players will come across a Golem that is lying nearby the locked entrance that requires three different colored keys to unlock. Talking to the Golem will yield the player the Cirrus Sword.

The Clear Skies ability boosts damage dealt by Emma and Koo. The first version lasts for five seconds, while further upgrades provide a longer-lasting effect and a bigger damage boost.

In the Chapter 3 Nushi encounter, a Merchant Golem renowned for selling Purity (4390) is present. While Emma causes damage to her opponent with the help of the sword, the Vampiric Blade skill allows her to earn some of her lost HP and this restoration increases with every sword upgrade.

Mechblade (Light) Location

The tower that lies in ruins close to Tailwater Village conceals this heavy machine. Ascend the tower and kill the Elite Boss that protects the apparatus in order to obtain the sword.

Mech Slash increases the damage of Emma’s second strike for a short period of time, with the upgrades enhancing both damage and critical hit chances.

Mechblade (Heavy) Location

In Chapter 2, Lacerta manages to escape from the Reservoir via a large opening. Before doing so, she uses Emma’s hair to access the nearby mural, where the sword is located.

This ability upgrades damage dealt during Emma’s fourth attack for a limited time. Later upgrades increase damage boost and critical rate.

While researching the Matsukawa Colony, check the part underneath the painting after exterminating the criminals in the surroundings. You will find the sword stuck in the ground below there.

The Puppet’s Call skill has the potential to change regular enemies into puppets. However, it does not have an impact on more formidable opponents or the Nushi.

Hunter’s Sword Location

Camellia Location

After your fight with Kirin Malefact and Kunai, go back to the Cleanse Walker. You will see Camellia standing near the bed. Arming you with the Spring Thunder, the weapon gives added power to the attack along with lightning and inflicting slashing damage.

Kanzashi Location

You can get the sword only after completing the game. After one starts a new game, the sword is automatically placed into the player’s inventory.

The sword’s ability is called Robes of Reincarnation, and it creates a shield of light that helps Emma regain some health over time.
