To get the Toll House key, you need to talk to all the Toll Collector corpses in the area. If you have the Speak with the Dead skill, you can interact with them to figure out where the key is located. You will be led down the right path the more clues you find. If you wish to know the exact location, head a bit south from the Toll House, towards the cliff, to find the Toll House Key in Baldur’s Gate 3.

You can now enter and explore the Toll House for treasure. Be wary of traps. A high perception will help weed them out. At the end of the room you will find a cellar door. You can lock pick it to get inside. Upon your exploration, you will find two thrones and a locked vault. You need to place heavy objects on the chairs or make two party members sit on each chair to unlock them.
