Back 4 Blood’s early access has ended and if you want to enjoy the game further you have another chance starting 12th of Aug. But, the open beta lasts only a few days ending on the 15th of Aug. After that you will have to wait for the game to release on 22nd Oct. A lot of users are reporting the Back 4 Blood ‘Failed to sign in. The profile service is in maintenance mode’ error after the end of the early access.
You must have assumed by now that the error occurs when the servers are down and no longer facilitating gameplay. You would see this error today on the 10th and tomorrow on the 11th. The error should go away once the beta starts on the 12th, but you will again start to see the error on the 15th of Aug when the beta has ended.
