While exploring Spinner’s Circle in the Rainforest Biome, you will encounter an RDA mining device that is wreaking havoc to the surrounding environment. It is up to you to destroy the generator and cooling unit as you inch closer to destroying the Pneumatic Tower Echo. Once you reach the Pneumatic Tower Echo, you can scan the area to spot the generator and cooling unit. The generator will be easier to find as there are less enemies around it. Make your way over there and shoot the generator with your arrow to destroy it.
Next, make your way to the central area to find the cooling unit. You have to climb up the central drill’s upper level to find the cooling unit’s system. Use your SID to scan and hack the system. Jump down to the lower floor quickly and scan the area to find the cooling unit’s fans. Send an arrow through the fan blades to destroy it.
You will soon get intel from Priya Chen to use your arrow and destroy the emergency vent. Look up at the drill and wait for the emergency flare to start spewing fire. Once the vent is open, shoot your arrow inside the opening to destroy it and complete the mission.
