Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is one of the most successful games launched by Ubisoft in recent years and a contender for the best title in the long-running Assassin’s Creed series that is looking to expand even further as Ubisoft has revealed multiple new games planned in the next few years.

As Ubisoft is planning to shut down its launcher, a user on the SteamDB Discord has claimed to reverse engineer the Ubi Launcher and found clues of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla coming to the Steam client. Here is the snippet of code shared, and as you can see, there is a product ID and Steam mentions.

While it would be great to have the game on Steam, I think it would not make a great deal, as players who wanted to play the game would have done so by now. Also, the code detected in the Ubi Connect may be from the early stage of the game development, and Ubi never went ahead with the idea in the first place.
