A single goal drives this task forward. Grabbing loot isn’t part of it – just snap a picture once you’re within the shelter walls. Reaching that point? That’s when complications start showing up.

Collapsed Highway Location in Blue Gate
Start by moving toward the southwest part of the Blue Gate map. There’s a broken stretch of highway there, fallen into place like a sharp incline.
Starting from some spots means walking quite far. Because handing in rare gear isn’t required here, picking a basic setup works fine. Still, tossing in bandages or meds makes sense. You might get hurt dropping down during that last leap – odds are fair.
Climb the Fallen Ramp
You might stare up at the broken highway, unsure if stepping forward is possible.
It is possible.
The downward tilt of the camera helps when moving ahead while climbing. Try this on sharp slopes across Arc Raiders – it fits plenty of situations. Remember it next time you head out.
Up ahead, there’s a zipline once you get to the highest point.
Start first, then hit the zipline to unfold it. With that done, ride it over – just step through once it runs. Reachable only after activation, pulls it tight.

Bilguun’s Shelter Access Explained
Once you reach the other side of the zipline, spin slowly. Face the point you launched from.
Beneath the highway lies a tiny concealed space. Often, a stop sign shows itself on the exterior, helping with spotting it. This is where Bilguun stays.
To get inside, you need to:
- Head back across using the zip line to reach where you started
- Land when timing hits the sweet spot
- Land inside the small shelter beneath the highway
Start clumsily, then rise after a stumble. Sometimes it takes two tries just to get close. Shake it off if the drop goes wrong. With time, each touchdown finds its rhythm.

Completing the Quest
Inside the shelter now, move ahead till a notice tells you to snap a picture.
A picture taken means the Keeping an Eye Out task finishes right then. The moment the shot happens, that goal is done.
Once you’re set, leaving is up to you. Near the broken highway sits a pickup spot – easy reach, less risk on the way out.
Once back at Speranza, hand in the quest so everything updates correctly.
