There are many secret encounters in Aniimo that you might not come across while progressing through quests. Among these are Alpha Geoclaw and Minespine, which are both discovered in underground caves but demand different approaches: access to Alpha Geoclaw requires the unlocking of Earthquake Revelation, while access to Minespine requires opening the cave entrance.
Alpha Geoclaw
To get to Alpha Geoclaw, you’ll need to deposit 120 Energy into the Breezy Plains Branch. This will enable the use of Earthquake Revelation, which uncovers the caves that were hidden before.
Once you have it enabled, go to the location of Alpha Geoclaw at coordinates -1350, 0955 of the map, then drop down through the opening. This will lead you to the cave that has previously been hidden from view.
Make your way through the cave until you find Alpha Geoclaw waiting for you. It is Level 55, so bring your strongest Fire-type Aniimos for the battle. It is also suggested to use Magmarex to win the battle with ease.
Minespine
Minespine is found near the fast travel point known as Beast Fang Ridge at coordinates -1390, 1206 of the map. After arriving at this location, take advantage of barrels to access the hidden cave.
After you open the entrance, use Budclaw to dig underground and reach the cave. Start moving around within the cave until you find Minespine.
In this battle, bringing a strong team is required, as the challenge can be hard. Using Grass type Somniming to attack a target, and Prismana Glacy for healing and support would be a nice option. After making your way through the cave, you’ll reach Minespine and can take on the battle.
