After reaching max level, which is level 60, you can change your difficulty level. You can unlock Hell difficulty now, and the higher up the ranks you go, the higher Hell level you will be. There are 4 Hell levels that you can try, and each time it gets harder to play the game. You can only select Hell level 4 after reaching Paragon level 160.
Other endgame content to try is exploring the Elder Rift and taking part in the Cycle of Strife. The Elder Rift are dungeons that house tough enemies, while the Cycle of Strife will put your Dark Clan against other Dark Clans in the Shadow Faction. You can also compete to become an Immortal, the highest and maxed out player on the leaderboards, while you defend your Clan against other Shadows.
While this isn’t particularly an endgame content, exploring the Helliquary can help you reap plenty of rare rewards. You can unlock it after reaching level 45, so you can explore the Helliquary and fight its demons well into the endgame.
Besides the above, finding more gems, upgrading or finding new gear, finding charms, building up your Paragon system, and getting your hands on exquisite items and gear are some ways you can make use of Diablo Immortal’s endgame content.
