You need to collect the deer doll from the Trail Test Site nursery rhyme puzzle first. We have an entire guide on how you can get the deer doll and moose doll to solve the first nursery rhyme. Now that you have the deer doll, make your way north of the Watery Hunting Shack Break Room. Once you are near the hill, follow the sign that points upwards. From there, face the Radio Tower and turn around towards the south side to find the second nursery rhyme.
To solve this, place the deer doll on the house symbol. An apparatus of a deer will appear behind you. Follow it towards the clearing near the radio tower.
