As Saga Anderson, you will be tasked to investigate a crime scene during the prologue of the game. There are a string of tasks you need to complete before you get the option to return to Bright Falls. Below are all the tasks you need to complete first.
- Find and talk to Deputy Mulligan
- Follow Casey to the crime scene
- Examine the corpse and sort through the information in The Mind Place
- Investigate the corpse
You will notice that there is something inside the corpse, after which Thornton will give you a key. Make your way to the parking lot by using the key on the locked door. Follow Casey back to the car and interact with it to get the option to head over to Bright Falls.
