You have to advance a bit further into Chapter 3 till you reach a subchapter called At the Herbalist. In it, you have to find and either sacrifice or save the Herbalist. Whichever path you chose, you will have to enter the wooden gate to get to the Herbalist’s house to find Nightshade. But before you enter his house and close the chapter, look around the area at the large trees.

Ignore the tree with the dead crows and head left, there is another large tree with hanging pots. You need to use your sling and rock to break the chain and bring them down. One of the pots contains Camomile, a Herbarium that you can collect.
