To start this quest, you need to find and interact with the dead bodies found in the Farmlands. Visit the sectors between K17-K19, then scavenge through the bushlands to locate a couple of corpses. You will also notice some Teddy bears placed beside the bodies. If you bump into more bodies, you increase your chances of finding the Teddy Bear killer. Eventually, he will come to you after a few more interactions, so you don’t have to wait too long to spot him.
Defeating the Teddy Bear killer is easy if you have a powerful gun or melee weapon. Weapons like The Thing can quickly dispatch him. You don’t need to send your mercs after him to avoid wasting health and resources. Eventually, he will be killed, unlocking the Truest Detective achievement.
