Before you can get the Steel Net Gun, you should own the Small Net Gun and upgrade it to the Medium and Large Net Gun. You can craft a small net gun after acquiring blueprints and crafting materials. Keep upgrading it till you get the Large Net Gun. After that, along with the Large Net Rope, you also require the following materials.
- Steel Rope x1
- Pelican Eel Skin x3
- Topaz x20
- Gold x3400
Topaz can be acquired from mining underwater crystals, and you might also find steel rope this way. You can also upgrade your existing rope to steel rope. Gold can be accumulated by selling dishes at the restaurant. Pelican Eel Skins are obtained from Pelican Eels found in Glacier Passage.
