Initially, the feature is locked, and if you want to unlock the hiring employee feature, you have to complete Yoshie’s quest, where you have to serve her a Whole-roasted Shark head and Olive Oil dish. To cook this dish, Dave needs to hunt down the Whitetip Reef shark. These Sharks are found in the ocean on the far left of the swimmable area of the Shallow Waters.
