To find the Ihen-a Shrine (3784, 0579, 0485), you have to head over to Polymus Mountain in the Lanayru Great Spring region. The shrine portal will not be easily found, as it is covered in slime. You have to fuse a Splash Fruit with an arrow and hit the slime to unlock the portal entrance.
Ihen-a Shrine Puzzle Solution in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
- Use Ultrahand at the stone ruin lying on the floor and drag it to the edge of the platform.
- Hit the ruin with a weapon to activate it, then use Ultrahand to attach the ruin to the platform wall
- In the next area, hit the ruin and place it in the center of the gap
- Lift the metal grate beside you and place it horizontally on the ruin
- After attaching the grate, go over to the other side and drag the grate and ruin with you to cross the second gap
- Shift the ruin diagonally to make it look like an upward ramp
- For the next area, place one of the ruins against the left side wall and Ascend to the top of it to reach a chest
- Jump down and go to the right side of the room. Pick up the stone ball and place it on the ruin floating on top of a runway
- Hit the conduit beside the ruin with an arrow to launch it across the gap
- On the other side, place the ball into the center of the pit to unlock the exit
