Diablo 4 Class Tier List
Diablo 4 beta early access only has 3 characters available to play and test so this tier list will only include them. There will be multiple tier lists in this based on the following things:
- For solo players
- For new players who are trying the Diablo games for the first time
- For the advanced players who have been playing Diablo series games.
Disclaimer: The below tier list is all based on my opinion alone and doesn’t show the whole gameplay and playstyle of the classes. If this tier list does not meet your expectation of the classes, you can tell me in the comment section below.
Diablo 4 Class tier list for Solo players
- Sorcerer
Probably have the most damage and if players are confident in maintaining their Hp and good Dodging, this is the best class for you. The range attacks and especially the Hydra and Chain Lighting skills make this one of the best classes in every content in the game.
- Barbarian
This is a balance class which have good health and attack power to defeat most enemies. The skills like steel grasp and whirlwind make it easy to clear hordes and hordes of enemies super easily.
- Rogue
This might be the most popular class but the assassin nature of the class is what is stopping it from being the best for solo plays. You can sneak up on a few enemies but what about others? Don’t get me wrong this is a fun and good class but it is not as strong as the other 2 for solo players.
Diablo 4 Class tier list for new players
- Barbarian
The best class for the new hands down is the Barbarian as it has the most Health and decent attack so this class will help new players understand the game better and not die from the elite’s one hit.
- Sorcerer/Rogue
These 2 are probably a better class in terms of damage but they are mostly glass cannons as they can get die in a few hits especially Sorcerer in the early game. But if players have played for a day or 2 then they can use these classes.
Diablo 4 Class tier list for advanced players
- Sorcerer
This class is very versatile and if players know what they are doing, this probably is the most damaging and with the correct skills players can survive many things as well. Skills like a hydra, chain lightning and ice armor make this class the best in my opinion.
- Rogue
This class is known for its sneaky attack and also the choice for playing this class as a range attacker or melee attacker. In my opinion, Range build with Rogue is the best and players can fully utilise the skills that way. If you like a bit more fun and challenge, trying a melee build is not that bad.
- Barbarian
This class just lacks the raw damage of the above 2 classes and even with the min-maxing, this class lacks the versatility of the Rogue class and the damage of the Sorcerer class.
