There are a total of six Anecdotes in Old Mohist City. Here’s an easy breakdown on how you can find each one:
Anecdote – Infinite Mirage
To get this Anecdote, you’ll need to go over to the marked location. Once you’re there, you’ll find Ji Xing and Fang Xi talking to each other. Listen to their conversation and you’ll get the Anecdote Infinite Mirage. The rewards you’ll get for this are 5× Echo Jade and 5× Hidden Mountain Exploration.
Anecdote – Echoes from the Ruins
To get the Echoes of Ruins, head over to the marked location and you’ll find Wang Yi. Interact with him and you’ll obtain the anecdote. The Echoes of Ruins rewards you with 5× Echo Jade and 5× Hidden Mountain Exploration.
Anecdote – Enigma of Golden Colossi
To get the Enigma of Golden Colossi, head over to the marked location in Old Mohist City, and you’ll find Qiongqi Artificer A and Qiongqi Artificer B interacting with each other. You’ll have to listen to their conversation about the Twelve Golden Colossi secretly to obtain the anecdote. The Enigma of Golden Colossi will reward you with 5× Echo Jade and 5× Hidden Mountain Exploration.
Anecdote – Cascade of Stars
To get the Cascade of Stars, you’ll need to head over to the marked location in Old Mohist City. There, you’ll find Yuan Huan; speak to him and he’ll tell you about summoning souls and how sixteen years ago, some disciples ventured out to study the world but luck wasn’t on their side.
He’ll tell you how in their memory the soul-summoning flags are set up where verses are chanted to call their spirits back home. Listening to him will give you the Cascade of Stars and you’ll obtain 5× Echo Jade and 5 Hidden Mountain Exploration.
Anecdote – Succession of the Bestowed
To get the Succession of the Bestowed, head over to the marked location in Old Mohist City, and go inside the pavilion where you’ll find the anecdote on the left. The Succession of the Bestowed is a sealed honorific of a titled artisan who has passed away. The anecdote rewards you with 5× Echo Jade and 5× Hidden Mountain Exploration.
Anecdote – Registry of Disciples
To get the Registry of Disciples, head over to the marked location, and use Lightness Skill or Wallstride to find the suspended pavilion inside which you’ll find the anecdote on the left. It’s a document containing records of the name, origin, and year of joining of Mohist Disciples. The Registry of Disciples will reward you with 5× Echo Jade and 5× Hidden Mountain Exploration.
