In order to get the Toyota 2000GT Barn Find rumour, you will have to get the Green Stamp by completing certain Discover Japan missions. Upon collecting the desired stamp, the game will automatically make known the rumour as well as pinpoint the location of the car on the map. All that is left for you to do then is to visit the indicated spot and find the car.
The barn is situated close to a body of water on the map. After reaching the road by the water, turn left, and you will be able to see the barn right away. Although the circle may not appear on the map, you can attempt to go there and see whether you get it or not.
