In Subnautica 2, the BioReactor is a valuable module that converts organic materials into energy for use as a power source. You will need to locate and scan three blueprint fragments in order to unlock the module. Here is where to find all three BioReactor fragments and fully unlock the blueprint.

Find the First Fragment Near the Old Habitat

To gather a blueprint for the BioReactor, you will require three blueprint fragments located in separate places. The easiest fragment to get is found just north of the life pod, close to the Old Habitat.

Go to the Old Habitat and enter through the bottom by going upward, then take a left inside. There is an air pocket close by if you require oxygen while searching for the first BioReactor fragment in the area and scan it to obtain the first fragment.

Head Southeast for the Second Fragment

Once you’ve gotten the first fragment, stick to the Old Habitat area and begin moving towards the southeast direction. Approximately 300 meters from the Old Habitat, you’ll be able to retrieve the second fragment.

Upon arriving at the location, be sure to search the area for the second fragment thoroughly. Once you’ve found it, you’ll need to scan the fragment as part of your ongoing blueprint progress.

Find the Final Fragment Nearby

Once the second fragment is scanned, continue heading southeast. The final BioReactor fragment is located very close to the previous one. Search inside the nearby area until you find the last fragment inside a sort of box and scan it. After scanning all three fragments, the BioReactor blueprint will be fully unlocked. The Bioreactor can be built using Habitat Builder once you have the recipe.
