She Sleeps Within You Quest
She Sleeps Within You is one of the main quests in Diablo 4. She Sleeps Within You is a quest located in The Mind’s Eye, which is found in Skovos. You don’t have to find this quest yourself since it starts immediately after you complete the In the Shadow of Another quest and teleport to The Mind’s Eye.
After you reach The Mind’s Eye, begin your exploration and start moving down the southern passageway. On your way, you will see Petals of Blood lying on the floor. Interact with them, and they will lead you to the next destination. Also, you may find some Glistening Membranes that block your path. Interact with them and move further. Sometimes the fragments will not show. You need to restart the game and reach here again to find the fragments.
Fighting Mephisto
Once you have discovered everything and spoken to every Petal of Blood, proceed to The Threshold, which is locked and interact with it to access the area. Just keep following the path, jump over the gaps and eventually get to Lilith at the end of the trail. When you get closer to her, the scene with Lilith helping you against Mephisto will start.
Once the scene finishes, collect Fragments of Memory and talk to Lilith once again. It will end the She Sleeps Within You quest for you, and you will be awarded with 141,120 XP and 4,260 Gold. The next part of the main questline, Tipped Scales, will be unlocked.
