In this guide, we’ll walk you through Eleanor’s second side quest in Monster Hunter Stories 3: The Feast Can Wait, where you need to gather all the ingredients required by Eleanor. Follow these steps to quickly locate Mellowcap, Aged Royal Jelly, and Garuga Stomach, and help Eleanor prepare a heartfelt meal for the villagers.
How to Begin the Quest
Start by going to the marked location on the Sheparden map. There, you’ll find Eleanor, who tells how she wants to thank the villagers for their kindness by arranging a home-cooked meal for them. This will start The Feast Can Wait side quest, where you’ll need to help Eleanor find the ingredients she wants for cooking.
She’ll tell you that she needs a Garuga Stomach, Aged Royal Jelly, and Mellowcap. All these can be found in the Canalta Timberland.
Starting the Search for the Ingredients
Eleanor will take you to a lookout point where there’s a telescope. Using it, you can start searching in places that are rich in materials. Once you’ve surveyed the area, you’ll find the ingredients easily.
Mellowcap
Go to the marked location on Canalta Timberland, and you’ll find the Mellowcap near the barren tree by the flowing water.
Aged Royal Jelly
You’ll need to go to the marked location on Canalta Timberland and get the Aged Royal Jelly from Arzuros, who can be found on top of the mountainous regions. Use fire breath to attack Arzuros, and you’ll obtain the Aged Royal Jelly.
Garuga Stomach
You’ll need to go to the Catavan Stand in Howlinyowl Forest. The Garuga Stomach is dropped by Yian Garuga. Once you reach the marked location, you’ll have to climb up the mountain ledges to find the Yian Garuga and defeat him in order to get the Garuga Stomach.
Next, head over to the Catavan Stand in Sheparden and help Eleanor with the meal preparation. This will officially conclude the quest.
