Cursed Technique Tier List
There are a total of 20 unique Innate Techniques available in the game. Below is the Cursed Technique Tier List:
No. | Innate | Tier | Reason |
1 | Boogie Woogie | D | Weak DPS, and decent mobility, but poor damage make it a weak choice for PvE. |
2 | Blood Manipulation | D | Potential in PvP but weak in PvE due to lower DPS. |
3 | Blazing Courage | D | Provides decent buffs, but rarer Innates offer better buffs. |
4 | Construction | D | Weak damage is considered the worst Innate in the game. |
5 | Cloning Technique | D | Very weak; clones die quickly and the abilities are ineffective. |
6 | Cursed Speech | D | Lots of AoE, but weak damage makes it ineffective, especially at later levels. |
7 | Tool Manipulation | D | Few combat abilities and weak damage, are considered a bad Innate. |
8 | Straw Doll | D | Weak overall; the Nail Barrage/Resonance combo is fine but not impressive. |
9 | Cryokinesis | C | Fairly standard, with decent damage, but nothing special. |
10 | Ratio | C | Decent AoE, better damage than D-tier, but doesn’t offer much beyond that. |
11 | Heavenly Restriction | B | Great single-target damage, but weaker and slower clear for large groups. |
12 | Judgeman | B | Executioner’s Sword is excellent for single-target but weak in PvE overall. |
13 | Sukuna’ Vessel/Demon Vessel | A | Excellent buffs and damage, with a powerful 25% stat buff on Switch move. |
14 | Soul Manipulation | A | Harder to play but offers great DPS when abilities are stacked. |
15 | Hydrokinesis | A | Decent AoE and consistent damage. |
16 | Limitless/Infinity | A | Almost S-tier, but the need for timing and a weak Maximum ability hold it back. |
17 | Star Rage | A | Good damage and is viable in PvE, but knocks back enemies, making AoE harder. |
18 | Curse Queen | S | Jacob’s Ladder does massive damage, one of the best PvE moves in the game. |
19 | Gamble Fever | S | Long range and plenty of damage, a very strong Innate. |
20 | Volcano | S+ | Best PvE skill in the game, huge AoE, tons of damage, and is very fun to use. |
Tips
- Some techniques, like Sukuna’s Vessel and Soul Manipulation, offer great buffs and DPS but may require more skill and timing. If you enjoy a more challenging playstyle, these can be highly rewarding.
- Techniques like Blood Manipulation and Cloning Techniques have potential in PvP, but they fall short in PvE due to their lower damage. Choose your Innates wisely depending on whether you are focusing on single-player or multiplayer combat.
- Techniques ranked in the D-tier, such as Construction and Tool Manipulation, are generally considered weak. While they can have niche uses, they should be avoided if you’re looking for consistent performance.
- Innates like Hydrokinesis and Cursed Speech have decent AoE, but the damage output isn’t always enough for higher-level content. Be cautious when using them in later stages of the game and consider pairing them with stronger techniques for better results.
- Limitless/Infinity is close to an S-tier ability but requires precise timing to maximize its potential. Mastering this Innate can significantly improve your DPS, so practice using its moves effectively.
