Shiny Bubbles are a special currency in Infinity Nikki, exclusively used to enhance, or “Glow Up,” the outfits and clothing pieces you already own. By combining Shiny Bubbles with Bling and Threads of Purity, you can upgrade your clothing to improve its stats, making it essential for progressing in the game.
How to Get Shiny Bubbles
You can obtain Shiny Bubbles in the Realm of Escalation, a unique crafting area accessible at Warp Spires. To unlock this realm, you will need to progress in the main questline and complete the Unexplained Coma Incidents quest, which involves interacting with Tokar, Dada, and Captain Hiya at the Stylist’s Guild.
Once unlocked, visit a Warp Spire, select the Realm of Escalation, and hit “Go” to enter. Inside the Realm of Escalation, you will find a glowing crafting hub where you can create Shiny Bubbles, Bling, or Threads of Purity. However, Shiny Bubbles won’t become available until Chapter 4 of the storyline. Tokar will notify you through your PearPal app when they unlock, so be sure to check your Friends app for messages.
How to Craft Shiny Bubbles
To craft Shiny Bubbles, exchange Vital Energy along with materials such as plants, animal products, fish, or insects. The rarity of the materials determines the number of Shiny Bubbles you will receive. For example, gray materials yield 80 Shiny Bubbles at the cost of 10 Vital Energy, while purple materials yield 320 Shiny Bubbles but require 40 Vital Energy.
Mira Journey Battle Pass
In addition to crafting, you can earn Shiny Bubbles through the Mira Journey Battle Pass. Complete tasks like daily log-ins to unlock rewards that may include Shiny Bubbles. This alternative source is helpful for accumulating the currency without depleting your resources in the Realm of Escalation.
Use of Shiny Bubbles in Infinity Nikki
Shiny Bubbles are primarily used for Glowing Up your clothing, which is critical for succeeding in Stylist Challenges. These challenges pit you against NPC Stylists, where you dress Nikki according to specific themes and score requirements. Higher stats in relevant categories improve your chances of earning rewards like Diamonds or Bling.
To change the Glow Up setting:
- Open your PearPal device by pressing Esc or Alt (on PC) or the “Menu” button (on a controller).
- Navigate to the Glow Up app, where you can select individual clothing pieces or entire outfits to upgrade.
- Each Glow Up level requires Shiny Bubbles, Bling, and Threads of Purity.
Upgrading your clothing becomes more costly as you level up, and fully Glowing Up an outfit requires all its components to reach Level 5. Investing in these upgrades is essential for enhancing Nikki’s wardrobe and maximizing her performance in challenges, ensuring you stay stylish and competitive in Infinity Nikki.
