We Only Take Cash (Document – 1)
Get the Mangler Cannon Support weapon for 1,250 Salvage or by defeating a Mangler. Use it to shoot the black and gold cars you find around Liberty Falls. You’ll randomly get the We Only Take Cash Document from the trunk of the car.
Politics, Politics (Document – 2)

Fine Man (Document – 3)
In the Backstreet Parking area of Riverside, go to the back of the VHS store. Look through the open window and shoot the three VHS tapes on the shelf to make the Fine Man Document drop.

In the top left corner of Olly’s Comics, right across from Quick Revive, you can interact with white cardboard boxes filled with comics to obtain the Final Issue Document for your collection.
