Alan Wake 2’s second and last expansion, The Lake House, comes out about a year after the main game. It’s more like a continuation than an ending. How to find the Floor-2 Computer
Head down to Sub-Level 2 on the elevator. Once there, take a look around. In the middle of the floor, you’ll find a holding cell with a writer named Ed inside. He seems to be completely unaware of everything that’s going on. Keep going down the hallway. In a small area near the Control room, you’ll discover a dead researcher and a keycard called the Level 2 Keycard. Use the keycard to open the nearby room. Inside, you’ll find a computer terminal with the password hints.
What is the Floor-2 Computer Passcode
There’s a computer with a note that says an anniversary is coming up a week from this Friday. On the computer, there’s an email that gives a hint for today’s password: ” Today’s Password is the date of our SPECIAL UNFORGETTABLE ANNIVERSARY plus brown shape with horns. “
If you look at the calendar, you’ll see that the week after next Friday is September 22nd. This matches the dates on both the note and the email. The “brown shape with horns” is the last painting on page 2 of the note next to the locked computer. It has the number 25 below it. So, the code for the Level 2 computer is 092225. Use the code 0-9-2-2-2-5 to unlock the computer and lift the lockdown. Head back to the holding area, but be careful because there are more Taken in that area.
