You can find The Coin Cabinet inside the Wood Side Apartments, specifically in the backroom of the office area on the first floor, right across from the main entrance. As you explore the apartments, keep an eye out for Coins, which are described below. You’ll need these to solve the riddles in the Coin Cabinet, and you’ll go through four of them before receiving your reward. Once you solve the Coin Cabinet puzzle, you’ll get the Apartment 201 Key. Where to Find the Man Coin
The Man Coin is one of the rewards you get for solving the safe puzzle in Room 206. First, head to Room 208 and open the cabinet to gain access to Room 206, where you’ll find a safe containing the Man Coin. You can open the cabinet using the Golden Apple Handle, which you get from a matching cabinet in Room 108. It’s easy to open both cabinets, just turn the handles until they’re both pointing downward. Unlock the safe with the code: 13 – 7 – 11
- Turn dial counterclockwise until it reaches 13
- Turn clockwise until it reaches 7
- Turn counterclockwise again until it reaches 11
Once you do, you’ll find the Man Coin and a Steel Key inside, which you’ll need to exit Room 206.
Where to Find the Woman Coin
You’ll first spot the Woman Coin stuck at the top of the garbage chute in the laundry room on the second floor. You can’t do anything about it right now, but remember where it is. Later on, you’ll get the 2F Small Staircase Key, which will let you access the third floor. Make your way through the rooms that are still under construction until you reach Room 310. Once inside, use the balcony to get over to Room 312. Then, go through the crawlspace in the left room to access another laundry room.

Where to Find the Snake Coin
After you’ve picked up the Woman Coin, head back to the northern stairwell you came down earlier and go down the left corridor into Room 116. Inside, you’ll encounter Eddie, and after the cutscene, you’ll find yourself at an open window overlooking the pool area. Climb through, take out the five enemies there, and then interact with the red baby cot/stroller by the pool to get the Snake Coin.
Coin Cabinet Riddle Solutions
Now that you have the three Coins, head back to the Coin Cabinet on the first floor in the office area and insert them into the machine. To solve this puzzle, you’ll need to place the Coins in the correct positions based on the riddle you received. Keep in mind that you can also flip the Coins over to see a sunflower, gravestone, and sword hilt; these will be needed as well.
1. First Riddle
- Silver Man in the left-most hole
- Gold Woman in the very middle
- Bronze Sunflower in the right-most hole
The puzzle will now present a second riddle, but don’t move the Coin pieces. The riddles build on each other and are directly linked to the current positions of the Coins from the previous riddle. If you move the pieces before you’re confident about the solution, you’ll make the puzzle much more difficult for yourself.
2. Second Riddle
- Silver Man in the hole second from the left, flipped over to reveal the sword
- Gold Woman in the hole second from the right
- Bronze Sunflower in the right-most hole
3. Third Riddle
- Silver Man in the middle hole
- Gold Gravestone in the second hole from the right
- Bronze Snake in the right-most hole
4. Fourth Riddle
In this final riddle, you’re being asked a question instead of needing to place the Coins in specific spots. Who is to blame for the woman’s death, Is it the man, the woman herself, or the snake. There’s no wrong answer, so you can choose any Coin to put in the top hole. Once you do, you’ll receive the Apartment 201 Key, and the Coin Cabinet puzzle will be complete.
