A data pad located in the Crimson Dawn district of Mirogana gives the coordinates to a hidden location in the middle of Toshara’s wasteland. The pad also speaks of a mountain in the southwest of Typhon’s Rock but no definite location is given. Even Though you may have already found Typhon’s Rock, finding this hidden location will remain challenging.
We will lead you to the Smuggler’s Hideout and explain the rewards there. To complete the traveling journey in the game faster, one should get speed boosts or any other speeder upgrades.
Smuggler’s Hideout Site
The Smuggler’s Hideout is located on a rocky area southwest of Typhon’s Rock in Toshara’s Lost Steppe. Use the Jaunta’s Hope fast travel point and take the southern path, passing Typhon’s Rock.
To start, head up on the rocks to your right. Keep heading up till you hit a rock blocking an entrance, use your Power Blaster on it and enter the crack. Keep going until you reach a running fan, blast the rock that you see, and shut off the fan, successfully completing the intel quest “Smuggler’s Hideout.” You can now explore the smuggler’s hideout and uncover the hidden treasure within.
Locating the Smuggler’s Hideout Treasure
To find that treasure you want to go into the smuggler’s hideout through the fan that is turned off. Take a right, climb up on the rock, and have Nix turn on the fan. Right by that locked door, there are two levers. You will need to move with Nix to pull each lever down at the same time. This will unlock the door, revealing a room with a treasure chest at the end.

The Smuggler Cash 52 stash box contains valuable loot, including three Baradium-357 canisters, five Actuating Modules, five MG-2 Power Exceeders, and five Cryo-Coils.
