For starters, you can try and start farming Unique Items and Mythic Unique Items by participating in events within World Tier 3 and 4. You can fight endgame bosses and farm it through Nightmare Dungeons. Besides this, participating in Helltide, Obol Gambling in Purveyor of Curiosities, The Pit, and unlocking Whisper Chests in Tree of Whispers can also give you that random chance. Once you get your required gear, you can try to level them up to max level to increase the grind

If grinding for gear is not on your list, then you can create a new class to know if you are better off with another build. You can also try and test yourself by playing in Hardcore and challenge yourself to not die. Leveling up your gear and glyph can also keep you busy. There are also a bunch of seasonal quests to complete if you haven’t touched upon them. Farming for Durial Materials can also keep you busy for longer. But if you are done with the game for good, you can try playing something else till the next season rolls around.
