A negotiation has gone wrong and some operators are captured or gone missing as they went to negotiate with the rebels. The Negotiator Mission requires you to go to YBL-1 to kill all rebels and rescue the missing operator. The mission is quite straightforward, but it also requires you to find the YBL OFC2 key, which is proving to be frustrating for the players. The key drops from the enemies in the area, but the drop rate is very low at the time and players have been grinding for hours to get the key. Gray Zone Warfare The Negotiator Task Guide – How to Get YBL OFC2 key
To start the quest, spawn in LIMA 2 and head to the YBL-1, which is shown in the below map. Once you get to the location, clear out all the AI and look for the YBL OFC2 key on each AI you kill. One of the AIs will drop the key, which is crucial to complete the mission.
Once you have the key, head into the bunker and go to the Floor -2. As soon as you enter, take a left turn and you will come across the YBL OFC2 door. If you have the key, you can simply open the door, confirm the identity of the operator and the task will be complete.

YBL OFC2 Key Location
At the time of writing, there seems to be an issue with the drop rate of the OFC2 key. While many players did get the key, including me without grinding much, there are reports from numerous players that the OFC2 key simply does not drop from the AI, no matter how much they grind. If you have tried for hours and cannot get the key, your best hope is to ask around the base or wait for a patch from the devs that increases the drop rate. At the time of writing, the devs have not acknowledged any bug with the mission, but we suggest that you report it on Discord so it comes to their attention and they increase the drop rate in the next patch.
