No Rest for the Wicked is an awesome game but not a perfect one. These are numerous bugs that players have been complaining about. The recent release of Hotfix 3 has resolved a lot of issues with the game, but the most reported Nameless pass crane puzzle is still bugged. Another issue that players have been reporting since the release of the newest patch is the No Rest for the Wicked Stuck Under Map Bug. Here is all you can do to fix the issue.
Fix Stuck Under Map Bug in No Rest for the Wicked
The stuck-under-the-map bug is frustrating because quitting the game and reloading does not help, you spawn at the same location. Even when you reload the last whisper, it takes you back to the same spot stuck under the map. Here is what you can do to fix the bug.
Load to the Last Glowy Save Point
When you are stuck in this bug, reloading into the Last Whisper will not help. Instead, try to load into the last Glowy save point. Go back to the Main menu after encountering the bug and load your realm, but not in the usual fashion. Instead, look at the bottom of the screen and hit the prompt for the Glowy save point. For controllers, it’s Left Trigger + A. Press the prompt according to your device and you should be able to spawn in your realm and not be stuck under the map.
Load Game from Backup
The game automatically creates backup saves that can be found in the main menu options. Choose to load the game from a backup and that should also work to resolve the issue.
