Once you find Sara inside Mountain Base Cave, you have to escort her to the anvil at the cave’s entrance before the flame on the hammer burns out. If you haven’t located her yet, you can find Mountain Base Cave if you travel on the southwestern side of the Volcanic Island. Explore the inside of the cave to find Sara. After the quick cutscene, you have to quickly bring her to the anvil. Quickly exit the forge and go up the stairs, then keep heading north. You will soon reach the edge of the cave, where you have to jump down. Across from you at the ledge below you will find a chest on the rocky platform.
Make your way over there, then turn around and go through the path that leads down into a tunnel. Once you reach the crossroad, take the path that goes south. You will soon find a flight of stairs leading down to the cave’s entrance. Once you reach, the quest objective will end and you will get the next objective to complete.
