Like most furniture, you need to purchase the blueprint for them from various merchants around the map. For the Bombard Powderhouse I, you need to reach Rover I Infamy and higher to purchase the blueprint. Next, you need to find the respective merchant who will sell the blueprint to you. You can also complete certain quests to unlock the blueprint. Most merchants will sell furniture blueprints, so you can travel across the various terrains and check them out yourself.
After that, head over to the carpenter’s store in Sainte Anne with the following materials
- 6x Iroko Plank
- 5x Cogwheel
- 280x Silver
