The Penacony Balloon Rail Achievement can be completed by breaking Mr Stone’s Balloon in The Reverie (Dreamscape). To start this achievement, teleport to the VIP Lounge Corridor in The Reverie (Dreamscape). The location can be seen on the map below.
To obtain this achievement, you must break the particular Mr. Stone’s balloons that are strategically positioned in designated areas. These balloons bear a resemblance to other breakable objects within Penacony, yet are deliberately placed in prominent spots.
Now once you are teleported, take the stairs and enter through the gate. Now turn to the left side and you’ll find a Penacony Balloon hidden behind small walls. To complete the achievement break this Penacony Balloon and you will be rewarded with 5x Stellar Jades.
