If you pay attention to the map, you will notice that the entrance to the watchtower doesn’t have to be just ahead. You can also get to the upper levels to get into the watchtower. The area around the watchtower is in a semicircle, and there are several entrance points to get inside.
To get inside the watchtower, you actually need to head over to the upper floor. From the entrance to the watchtower, go either right or left to find a flight of stairs. Take the stairs and go all the way to the top floor. You will soon reach an area directly above the watchtower. Explore the top floor to find the entrance inside. You can now explore the new area and continue your journey to become the top Monster Wrangler.
