You can get this trophy as Miles and not as Peter. Once you get access to free roam, switch to Miles by moving the touchpad left and pressing the square button. If Miles is your default, then you won’t have any trouble getting this trophy. After that, make your way to the Financial District and find the Trinity Church. This church is located right in the middle of the district, so you won’t have much trouble finding it. In case you are unsure of where to go, you can check out the map above.
Once you are here, you need to scale the wall of the church’s exterior. Just before you reach the tip of the church, there is a ledge you can rest on. Head over there and you will find a small blue box resting on the wall. Interact with the box to unlock the Just Let Go trophy.
