The Front offers several game mechanics that sometimes don’t have a clear description on how to use them. One of the features of the game allows players to fuel their vehicles, but sometimes the option doesn’t appear very frequently. If your vehicle has run out of gas and you want a way to pump some gas into it, then we got you covered. In this guide we will see how to fuel vehicles in The Front.

You need to regularly refuel your vehicles to keep them running. This is especially important if you are escaping from enemies and mutants. The game does not explain how to get or use gasoline, but the process is quite simple. You need to first acquire crude oil, which can be found mostly in the desert region. You can access it by using the Manual Miner. Next, you need to convert the oil to gasoline using the crafting table. Now that you have gasoline, you can fuel up any empty vehicle you have.
Not all vehicles will require fuel, and the only vehicles that you can refuel are the ones you craft. After you are done crafting your vehicle, place it outside in a clear area and go close to it.
- Press and hold F to bring up the radial menu and select the option to get inside the vehicle.
- Once you are seated, hold Tab to bring up another radial menu and select the View Vehicle option.
- In the new menu, on the right side, you can spot the Vehicle Gas section.
- Drag the gasoline from your inventory slot and place it in the slot under Vehicle Gas.
You can now use the vehicle to move around at your convenience. If your vehicle offers ammo slots as well, you can place any crafted ammo that is suited for that vehicle.
