You can find the Beast in the Ice boss in the Glacial Fissure dungeon, which is in the Desolate Highlands of the Fractured Peaks. To get there, just head south from Kyovashad, the capital city of the region. To summon the Beast in the Ice, you’ll need Distilled Fear. You can obtain Distilled Fear by completing Nightmare Dungeons on any of the new Torment difficulty levels. It also drops from Whispers of the Dead caches, elite monsters, world bosses, and other endgame activities. However, the best way to farm it is by running Nightmare Dungeons.
You can only find the Beast in the Ice while playing on any of the new Torment difficulties from the Vessel of Hatred expansion. To summon the Beast, you’ll need to reach level 60 and complete a Tier 20 run of the Pit.
