How to Find the Pipe Puzzle
Okay, so to start the quest, you need to go to Tongdang’s Hut and find Aran’s letter in the Tree House. The letter will lead you to Wat Si Sawai. To get there safely, wear the Royal Army outfit. Once inside the temple, you’ll need to solve a few puzzles to reach Aran. First, you’ll need to rotate a lever to open a door, then ignite some wood to see better. Next, you’ll need to place a pipe segment to allow water to flow and unlock a door. Finally, you’ll need to solve a puzzle with cogwheels and a wooden platform to reach Aran and help him.
How to Solve the Pipe Puzzle
To escape, first turn the wheel to activate the water. Then, use the pipe piece to open the door. Inside, you’ll find another pipe piece. Place this new piece aside for now. Use the first pipe piece to open another door, then place the half-circle piece in the first slot, pointing left. Work together with Gina to turn the big gear and pull the lever to raise the platform. Next, walk along the activated gears up the tree root. Wait for the gear to turn, revealing a passage. Jump and swing your whip to reach the big gear and crawl under it.
Go down the stairs, past the gears, and turn right. Pull the lever to create a bridge and cross it. Now, you’ll face a pipe puzzle.
To solve it:
- Gather the pipes:
- Pipe A: Get the curved pipe from the right room.
- Pipes B & C: Climb the stairs, jump across the platforms, and collect the curved and three-way pipes from the pillars.
- Pipe D: Climb the ladder, turn the water switch, unlock the left door, and grab the pipe inside.
- Arrange the pipes:
- In slot 2, place the three-way pipe (C) facing north.
- In slot 4, place either the curved pipe (A or B) facing east.
- Collect the pipe (D) from the slot.
- Rearrange:
- In slot 4, place pipe D facing south.
- In slot 3, place the remaining curved pipe (A or B) facing north.
- In slot 1, place the other curved pipe facing east.
