How to Start the Prayer Wheel Puzzle

Once you get to Sukhothai, go all the way west to a temple called Wat Sa Si. There, you’ll find a cave. Break the wall blocking the cave entrance with a hammer and go inside. At the end of the cave, you’ll see three stone wheels stacked on top of each other. If you touch one of the wheels, Indy will pass out and have a strange vision.

How to Solve the Prayer Wheel Puzzle

Once Indy falls asleep, you’ll find yourself back at your university. You need to find three special symbols hidden around the campus.

Symbol 1: Heh-zam-eesh Leave your office and wander around the hallways. A door will open, leading to a room with statues. Arrange the statues correctly, and you’ll see the first symbol on a blackboard. Take a picture of it.

Symbol 2: Gira ‘ahn-matu Go through the door that opens after talking to Nawal. Answer a phone call, and then look under your hat. There, you’ll find the second symbol. Take a picture of it.

Symbol 3: Heh’k-dashu During the dream, you’ll find a Roman numeral X. Use it to unlock a door. Inside, you’ll see the third symbol on the wall. Take a picture of it.

Once you have all three symbols, keep exploring the dream until you wake up and return to the Prayer Wheel puzzle.

You’ve gathered some special symbols in your dream. Now, it’s time to use them to solve a puzzle! You’ll see three stone wheels with a white line at the top of each. Your task is to arrange the symbols you collected on these wheels, one symbol per wheel, so they line up with the white line.

1. Top Wheel:

  • Turn the top wheel one time to the right.
  • Find the symbol that looks like a stick with a U-shape on top. It’s called Heh-zam-eesh.
  • Align this symbol with the white line.

2. Middle Wheel:

  • Move to the middle wheel.
  • Turn it two times to the left.
  • Look for the horseshoe-shaped symbol. It’s called Gira ‘ahn-matu.
  • Position this symbol under the white line.

3. Bottom Wheel:

  • Go to the bottom wheel.
  • Turn it once to the left.
  • Find the symbol that resembles the letter “R”. It’s called Heh’k-dashu.
  • Align this symbol with the white line.

If you’ve done everything correctly, the wheels should sink into the ground, and a Golden Fishing Hook will appear. Grab the hook to continue your adventure!
