Crews are one of the most prominent features of NBA 2K26’s The City, permitting you to create crews, earn rewards, and sport customized logos. Inviting Friends to Your Crew
There are two main ways whereby you may invite friends to your Crew.
- The first is by sharing your Crew name. Once you have created your Crew, you can simply pass the name to your friends. They may then locate it under the Crew menu choice and request to join. - The second method is by direct invite. If your friend is listed in your Friends List, get your Friends List up by pressing RS/R3. Inviting People While Playing
In other areas of the Crew menu, you can also invite players if you’re playing in The City or Rec games.
- Like in older NBA 2K games, pressing LB + RB on Xbox (or L1 + R1 on PlayStation) opens the social menu, showing you who’s online in your region. From there, you can send invites to play together, and from there, standard Crew invitations typically become available.
- If you’re in your MyCOURT, pressing the same buttons opens up an invite menu and allows you to select friends—or even fill a seat with AI players if you need to.
NBA 2K26 invites friends and players into your Crew in two simple ways: by sharing your Crew name so they can go and search for you, or by sending them direct invites through your Friends List. You can also employ The City’s fast social menus to issue invites to individuals you meet in-game.
