Usually, you can find jobs in the menu but for this one, you are required to visit the proper location in order to fill out an application for the process.
Where to Apply for the Job
When you’re ready to begin the job, make your way to the Futufon office. It is located near the exit of the highway (southeast side of the map). It is possible to miss the office while driving due to the angle from which you’ll be viewing it, so pay attention to your surroundings when you go there. After you arrive at the location, find Suzuki and he will take you to the manager’s office.
When you enter the manager’s office, you’ll find the boss talking on his phone; you need to remain right there, do not divert the attention or disrupt him while he’s on the phone. If you take your attention away from the boss while he is on the phone and move away from him, you will not be able to sign and obtain the contract. If anything comes up during the call and the conversation is interrupted, simply hit the K key to pick up where you left off from and keep following the boss until he is finished. Once the contract is presented to you, simply sign it without wasting any time.
Job Start Time and Important Notes
Your job will start on Monday at 8:00 am but the opening time of the factory is set for 7:00 am. If you arrive earlier, you’ll be unable to start work straight out due to the time. Also, if you experience an application process that fails, you’ll lose your right to work or reapply at the factory permanently for the particular saved game.
