Players must complete Act 3 of the campaign and receive Mount: Donan’s Favor quest. This quest will unlock the Horse Mount. As Act 3 ends, visit Kyovashad to begin Act 4, and you will meet Donan inside the Church.
Locate Donan and interact with him to get Mount: Donan’s Favor Quest. Your task is to find the Stablemaster Oskar to get a Horse mount. Track the quest, and you will find the Stablemaster Oskar in Kyovashad. Locate him and interact with Stablemaster, and you will get your mount instantly.
After the Mount System is unlocked, Donan will explain how Horses work in the game, how you can unlock more mounts, etc., and from then on, you can interact with the Stablemaster any time to get new horses or customize them.
