We conducted a poll on X that shows that the servers are still experiencing issues as users are facing connection issues.
Tips for Players
While Mojang is working on the backend to fix the issue, there might be a few things you can do on your end if the issue continues to persist.
- Check Server Status: When there is a long-standing issue with the game, it’s best to monitor the server status of the game. You can follow us on X where we update the status of the servers on a continued basis.
- Stable Internet Connection: More often than not, your internet connection may be to blame for the connection errors. It’s best that you troubleshoot your connection by trying to play the game via the mobile hotspot or another ISP if you have the option. Try clearing the cache from your device or rebuild database on console.
- Avoid Playing in Peak Hours: If you are getting repeated connection error and the servers are online, the large number of players on the server may be to blame. Try playing on non-peak hours.
- Report Issues: Letting the developers know about the issue is the final course of action. If there are too many reports, the developers will pay more attention to the issue and release a hotfix.
