If you want to unlock your true potential in the game, you will need to unlock runes. These are available to you after a certain point in the game, so let’s see how to get them.

In Soulstone Survivors, you will be able to create different types of builds based on the items that you choose. One of them is Runes. You will need to unlock them by acquiring the ability to do so, and then you can make the build that you want, to unleash hell on your enemies.
To unlock Runes, you will need to equip them via the Skill Tree. Unlocking them through the tree requires you to collect Minor Soulstones, at least for the lower levels. For the later levels, you will need more advanced items like Major Soulstones. Once you have unlocked the yellow skill, you will be able to equip Runes and use them.
Runes are useful and different for every type as you will unlock a different type of power with each one. All you need to do is follow the steps above and unlock the ability to equip Runes through the skill tree. After that you will be able to get more Runes and pick the ones that you like.
In order to equip a particular Rune, you should have enough Rune Power. You can check the power that you need through the Rune tab, by hovering over the Rune that you want. There are a lot of boosts that you can get in your builds in this way, once you know how to get these Runes.
