This guide will help you know how to reset Auction Houses in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
Auction Houses in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet- How to Refresh Items?
Auction Hous is a common feature in both Pokemon games. If you have been playing the game for a few days already, you are already aware that items in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet can either be found randomly on the overworld or need to be purchased. Auction Houses are one of the places to buy certain items.
In both games, there are shops and markets to purchase certain items, but Auction Houses are exciting places where players will get new items every time. The Auction House doesn’t have specific items like other shops; here, the items refresh every morning (of course, in-game morning). Below we have marked the location of the Auction House in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet-
The Auction House, as you can see, is located in Porto Marinada. However, players need to beat the Water Gym Leader to unlock it. Now, there must be times when you desperately need an item and can’t find it anywhere, so you come to the Auction House to find it and can’t find it there too. For example, if you are looking for berries to fix the EVs of your Pokemon but can’t find them anywhere, including the Auction House. Now, you have two ways- You can wait for the Auction House to be refreshed in the next morning and have berries. However, there is no guarantee that the shops will have berries the next day. So, you can choose to reset the Auction Shops instantly.

- Go to the Auction House
- Open the Main Menu and Save your game
- Next, quit the game and go to System Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and select System
- On the right side list, scroll down and select Date and Time
- Turn off the ‘Synchronize Clock via Internet’ option.
- Set the next day’s date manually and save changes
Once that’s done, launch the game, and you’ll find yourself in the Auction House with items refreshed. Well, the same issue is here as well- that items come randomly, so you may not get your desired item after the first reset. Don’t worry; follow the same process, set the next date, and launch the game again. After two or three resets, you will definitely get your desired item at one shop at least.
