Boat Repairing Guide in Dredge- How to Do?
In a fishing adventure game like Dredge, the boat is your one and only medium of transport. You have to catch fish, collect relics, complete requests, etc., using your boat. However, during your journey, your boat will get damaged several times; therefore, paying attention to your boat is essential.
The more you travel, the more your boat’s durability gets lower. It is because while you sail in the ocean and explore new areas or catch fish, your Ship hits rocks or other obstacles. These obstacles damage the boat and lower its speed and durability. The damaged boat and equipment will slow you down and make it more challenging to sail in the ocean. So, if you don’t want to get into trouble, Repair your boat whenever it gets damaged.
Like other games, in Dredge, the Ship Repair has a different shop named Shipwright. Players can find this shop at Greater Marrow, the first town you’ll unlock and explore in the game. The Shipwright Shop will be unlocked automatically as you progress through the game. Once your boat gets damaged, visit the Shipwright Shop and activate the Repair Mode. After the Repair Mode is activated, click on the red ‘X’ sign on your inventory to know the price for the repair. Of course, the NPC won’t do it for free. So, if you have the required amount of money, press confirm to repair your Ship; otherwise, Sell some Fish to gather the required amount and repair your boat.
