Co-op game modes in FIFA 25
If you want to play with your friends in FIFA 25. These are some of the game modes that will let you play:
Squad Battles: Play against AI-teams and win some rewards.
Rivals: Compete against other players in the game and climb up the ranks together.
Friendlies: You’ll get to play matches against your friends or the AI, with no pressure about rankings.
Inviting a Friend
First, make sure they’re on your friends list and send them an invite. One of you will be the captain and choose which team to play with.
When you start a co-op match, the person who created the game is the captain. You can also choose your friend to be captain. They choose the team and game mode. You can both see each other’s best players, so it’s easier to pick a good team. The game finds other players who are about the same level as you, so the matches are fair.
Rewards and Progression
No matter which co-op mode you play, you can earn rewards in Squad Battles and Rivals. Even in Friendlies, you’ll get the same rewards as if you were playing alone. So, keep playing together and you’ll both get lots of rewards.
Unfortunately, you can’t play co-op in all game modes. Champions and Draft are only for solo play. And if you’re playing on different consoles, you won’t be able to play together online.
