How to increase Soul Meter in Tchia?
In Tchia, there is a separate meter for soul and stamina and players can increase the soul meter by following these steps:

- Players need to find a fruit called Soul fruits but players need to find them
- Soul fruits can only be found in the location where the 2 realms meet and that place can only be reached by Totem Shrines
- Players then need to open the totem shrines (Large stones with an image carved) usually found in the small villages on the map (shown in the image above)
- After Tchia runs through these doors, she will note these images and then players need to go to the totem shrine and unlock the door.
- After unlocking the door, players will find a bundle of Ivy which has soul fruits.
- But to unlock this ivy, players need to complete the challenges.
- After completing the challenge, players will be able to get the soul fruits and in turn, increase the soul meter as well.
